Ayana Davis is a registered dietitian nutritionist who focuses on helping people develop a healthier lifestyle through eating a plant-centered, whole foods diet. She started her career working as a clinical dietitian in a top 10 hospital in the U.S., where she worked with people who had undergone lung and heart transplants. In addition to that, she worked closely with people who had type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, hypertension, obesity, chronic kidney disease, elevated cholesterol, and cancer, helping them improve their health.

Ayana believes in meeting people where they are at in their health journey. She helps individuals take steps toward achieving their goals and guides them to an optimal diet for their lifestyle.

She aims to create a trusting partnership with her clients. She listens closely to her clients to help them identify where they feel stuck in their journey for better health. In a respectful yet direct manner, she supports them in pushing themselves beyond their comfort zone to achieve substantial results.

Ayana obtained a Master’s in Nutrition and Food Science from the City University of New York School of Public Health at Hunter College. She completed her clinical training at the University of California San Francisco. She currently resides in Berkeley, California, with her husband and two daughters.
