What to expect working with me…

I would love to work with you if you feel ready to commit to changing your lifestyle and improving your health. I do not put people on diets. Diets are inherently short-term, and research shows they are usually not sustainable in the long run.

Together, we will make a shift to a new lifestyle that focuses on plant-powered nutrition. This will help you improve your health, enjoy the foods you eat and feel good.

Let your wellness journey begin...

  • 1. Introductory Call

    During the free 20 minutes introductory, we will discuss your goals and interests in working with me. I will spend some time reviewing my services and the value you will get by working with me. By the end of the call, we will decide if we are a good fit for working together. The purpose of this call is for you to find out what value can be provided for you by working with me.

  • 2. Initial Session

    During your one-on-one nutrition counseling session, we will spend time talking about your medical history, current health condition, weight history, what you like/dislike to eat, and your everyday diet. We will explore your beliefs around eating when you have cancer, comfort levels, and support structure with cooking and meal preparation. Meeting you where you are, I will provide education and specific recommendations to help you optimize your nutritional status.

    Time: 75 minutes Price: $200

  • 3. Follow-Up

    During follow-up visits, we will review accomplishments and ongoing barriers to meeting goals. I will answer any questions you have from our previous visits and provide additional handouts, meal/snack ideas, review of food journals as needed. I will recommend further lab testing as needed, ordered by your primary care doctor, and assessed by me for vitamins/minerals based on your current diet and labs. We will discuss actionable steps to move forward in meeting your goal.
